These terms cover your purchase and use of Fair Question Game (“Fair Question Game”, “we”, “us”), an interactive question game that you play in a web browser. By buying or playing it, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

What you're buying

A one-time purchase gives you personal access to the full Fair Question Game base game. This is not a subscription. Right after payment, the game unlocks in your browser and you get a personal sign-in link. The same link is printed on your Stripe receipt email. Open it on any phone, tablet or computer you want to host games from.

You can host games for anyone you like. Guests who join your games play free in those sessions, but joining doesn't give them their own access to the full game.

Fair use

• Your access link is for you and your household. Please don't post it publicly or resell it.
• Please don't copy, scrape, republish or redistribute the game's questions or design.
• If we see clear abuse, such as a link shared publicly, we may reset or limit that link. We'll give you a fresh one.

Refunds

If Fair Question Game isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you a full refund. You don't need a reason. We also refund if a technical problem on our side stops the game from working for you and we can't fix it. A refund closes access for that order. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including statutory withdrawal or refund rights, apply in addition to this policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the game online and running well, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve, add or update cards and features over time. If we ever plan to make a change that significantly reduces what you paid for, we'll tell owners in advance where practical.

Content

Every card is written to be clean, kind and suitable for all ages. If you ever find a card that falls short of that, please tell us and we'll review it.

Liability

Fair Question Game is provided for entertainment. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't exclude liability that can't legally be excluded.

Purchases

Checkout and payment are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars and include everything you pay us; your bank may add its own fees for payments in a foreign currency.
